Rules
Everything you need to know to play Biathlon Fantasy.
Pick Your Team
- Each event has separate race categories (sprint-pursuit, individual, mass start, relay, mixed relay, single mixed relay).
- For individual races, pick up to 5 athletes per category (minimum 4).
- For relay races, pick 3 countries per category.
- Stay within the budget: 5,000 💰 for individual races, 4,000 💰 for relays.
- Athlete prices are based on their World Cup ranking and recent form.
- Athletes selected for the sprint will also compete in the pursuit based on that sprint.
Captain
- Choose one of your athletes as captain for each individual race category.
- Your captain earns double base points.
- Bonuses (clean shooting, best ski time) are not doubled.
Scoring
Position Points
Top 40 finishers in individual races and top 15 in relays score points.
1st — 90 pts2nd — 75 pts3rd — 65 pts4th — 55 pts5th — 50 pts6th — 45 pts7th — 41 pts8th — 37 pts9th — 34 pts10th — 31 pts
Points continue down to 40th place (1 pt) for individual races and 15th place (26 pts) for relays.
Bonuses (Individual Races Only)
- Clean shooting: +5 points for zero missed shots.
- Best ski time: +5 points for the fastest skiing time in the race.
Deadlines
- Each race category has its own deadline — 1 hour before the race starts.
- You can't change your picks after the deadline.
Carryover
- If you don't make new picks for an event, your team from the previous event carries over automatically.
- A carried-over team can't carry over again — you must make fresh picks for the next event.
Leagues
- Create a private league and share the code with friends to compete together.
- Everyone also competes on the overall season leaderboard.
